Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! They helped get my wife set up with her very first Cannondale and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Their knowledge, patience, and attention to detail really stood out. They also helped bring my older Cannondale Super V back to life, which meant a lot to me. It's great finding a bike shop that is just as excited about keeping an older bike going as they are about getting someone started on a brand-new one. Great people, excellent service, and a shop that genuinely cares about bikes and the people riding them. We couldn't be happier with our experience and will definitely be coming back. I had a great experience with Fetty’s Cycle. Andrew and Danielle were both awesome—friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I ended up with the right bike. From the moment I placed the order, Andrew called me personally to confirm the bike was a good fit for my size and how I planned to use it. He walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, and made everything easy from start to finish. They also have a great selection and very fair prices. We come here to tune the bikes and fix issues that arise with them. The bikes come back as new. Sometimes very quickly and sometimes we have to wait but Andrew is always transparent about the wait! He is always a pleasure to deal with.
