He returned my call within minutes and came out to our home in the Jim Thorpe area the same day. (We were lucky he was already in the area) Normally Andrew would fix the bikes at our home, but this time he took them with him, since he was already booked up with other jobs for the weekend. Andrew is extremely responsive and customer service oriented. We purchased two bikes to donate to a local Tricky Tray and one of the bikes came with... missing pieces. I text him a picture of the piece and he assured me that it was an easy part to find. He even offered to drive the part out to me free of cost. I was able to get the part locally but that fact that he would go out of his way to help us out, blew my mind. This type of customer service nowadays is practically nonexistent.
